The event is an ASA sanctioned event. Licences and day-licences are required. Day Licenses (R70) can be purchased on registration - online or on race day.
The event is organised with the support of Parys Multi-Sport Club.

ANATOMIC Quartzite 2-day Run:

Minimum age on race day: 18 years

Saturday 24 May 2025. Day 1 - 17km Quartzite Run - 440m elevation
Starts and finishes at Koedoeslaagte Trail Park. Route includes; 6,5km tertiary gravel road and 10,5km along built nature trails. All climbs can be run. Sections with loose rocks and gravel. ±20% shaded. 2 x water points at Uitkykpunt
Sunday 25 May 2025. Day 2 - 12km Quartzite Run -500m elevation.
Starts and finishes at Koedoeslaagte Trail Park. Route includes; full distance along built nature trails. All climbs can be run. Will traverse the Koedoe Mountain (1618m). Includes the remote Skilpad Trail. Sections with loose rocks and gravel. ±40% shaded. 1 x water point in Groot Nek.
ANATOMIC Granite 2-day Run:

This stage is not-to-technical and perfect stage for the roadie runners to shine. ±20% shaded. 2 x water points at Uitkykpunt.
Sunday 25 May 2025. Day 2 - 7km Granite Run - 310m elevation.
Starts and finishes at Koedoeslaagte Trail Park. Route includes; full distance along built nature trails. All climbs can be run. Will traverse the Witkop Mountain (1550m). Features the Happy Hiker Totem Pole. Sections with loose rocks and gravel. ±40% shaded. 1 x water point in Groot Nek.
14km ANATOMIC Lekka Run (Saturday 24 May)
